A great event isn’t a checklist. It’s a room that feels right the second someone walks in — the timing, the atmosphere, the people, the details nobody consciously notices but everybody feels.
10xXx30 Events & Entertainment is a minority-owned agency built on that idea. We handle full-service planning and coordination for brands, businesses, and clients who want the experience handled properly — from the first concept conversation to the last guest leaving.
Every phase is managed with discretion and precision. Concept development, timelines, budgets, vendors, run-of-show, day-of execution. The work is detailed and largely invisible, which is the point: when it’s done right, the host gets to be a guest at their own event.
We don’t work alone, and that’s the point
The best events need more than one vision at the table. We bring in trusted creatives, specialty vendors, entertainment professionals, and strategic partners — then coordinate them so the whole thing moves as one.
Sourcing the right elements is half of it. Getting the right people in sync is the other half.
What the room looks and sounds like
Beyond planning, we support events through creative direction, media, and production. Lighting a space, shaping a soundscape, coordinating the technical pieces, building the visual language of the night — these are the layers that turn a well-run event into one that lands.
It’s an integrated approach rather than a menu of services. Planning, partnerships, artistry, and execution come from the same team, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between them.
